Elias is a wonderful kid. I have known him for several years now. He would really enjoy participating in his chosen activities through LaunchPad. He gets along well with peers and adults. There are home factors that are going on and I believe he could really benefit from these wonderful activities. Thank you for accepting his LaunchPad nomination.
