Founder and CEO

Ashlee Tate's philosophy of “leading by giving” has been the catalyst for numerous projects she has developed, one of which is the nonprofit Launchpad 4 Kids, Inc. This website, www.LaunchPad4Kids.org, is dedicated to micro-philanthropy through crowdfunding. The organization facilitates sponsorship for children between the ages of 3-17 who are from underprivileged and at-risk environments. The Launchpad program provides a way for sponsors to help kids gain experience in extracurricular activities through one to one giving. She is also in the process of launching a sister site LaunchME2.com that is a youth-focused crowdfunding site created to help all kids reach their crowd-funding goals while gaining firsthand experience in learning how to market themselves and giving back to those less fortunate. Tate is also the host and creator of a local television show on the Public Broadcast Station KIXE Channel 9 in Redding, CA. “The Forum” launched in April 2013 which features “interesting people doing interesting things in the Northstate”. For the past 4 years Ashlee has owned her business CREATE PR, a public relations consultancy and is now focusing her attention on her most recent projects. Ashlee holds a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Sacramento and a Masters degree in Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University. As a veteran of the United States Army, Ashlee is no stranger to community service and a strong work ethic. She is a board member of the Girl Scouts of Northern California and proud to support the Shasta Women's Fund.
